3 week 5k blitz
Although following this plan won’t quite guarantee you times even close to Sir Mo Farah, it will ensure that you are better prepared physically and mentally for the 5k distance.
Any beginners competing for the first time in the 5k should be very pleased with a time between 25-30 minutes, with a build-up of training.
