  • Levels of concentration substantially improved in active children
  • Exercise has been found to decrease anxiety and improve mood in children
  • Quality of sleep is improved

One of the key aspects in children’s sports that coaches have found, is children’s social skills. Facing challenges in sport and dealing with the highs and lows sport brings, has helped children develop a better understanding of what is ahead.
